A proven hinge category for many years are construction hinges, reels and length-variable rod hinges (also called piano hinges or piano hinges). These designs are often used to connect doors, flaps or windows in industrial environments; On the other hand, tape reels are typically and in high quantities the proven standard product for interior doors. In this case, a special variant is represented by swing door hinges or spring strips which have a double-sided opening of e.g. Swing doors (especially gastronomy / hotel business) allow.
