As an extension of our product range of profile hinges made of steel, we now offer lightweight versions made of aluminum.

For applications with lower flap weights and / or higher design requirements, aluminum profile hinges are a comparable and cost-attractive alternative.

Standard dimensions:

• 3 mm material thickness / flap length up to 60 mm / height between 30 and 100 mm / roll diameter 8 mm
• 6 mm material thickness / flap length up to 120 mm / height between 30 and 120 mm / roll diameter 15 mm
  (Special sizes if required up to 10 mm material thickness or in different geometries on request)

Technical details:

• Hole patterns, drilling patterns and outer contours freely designable (also colored anodizations possible)
• Curves / bends on special request / With stainless steel pin and plastic bushings (maintenance-free)
• Up to 40 kg flap weight usable (at 6 mm material thickness) / weight saving compared to steel profiles approx. 2/3
• Positively tested in the flap test (<50,000 opening cycles) / sample provision possible at any time.
